Class Fee Reminder

The monthly class fees are due at the beginning of each month.

• The standard class fee is $240 per month, and is subject to change anytime without notice.

• Pure Taekwondo’s policy does not allow the class fee or terms to be negotiated or prorated for any given reason or amount of time.​

• Pure Taekwondo must adhere to it's article of incorporations to maintain sustainability.

• Fees are due within the first 7 days of each month as written by the registration and payment agreement that is signed and acknowledge by all members.

• Pure Taekwondo normally does not send reminders, and members should make payments timely.

• Receipts are provided upon request only.

Advance Payment Discount

6 Month Advance Payment (take $15 off per month)

• Advanced payments of 6 months receive a discount of $10 off per month from the monthly class fee.

  • Advanced payments are non-refundable.

  • The leave of absence policy applies to advanced payments.

12 Month Advance Payment (take $30 off per month)

• Advanced payments of 12 months receive a discount of $20 off per month from the monthly class fee.

  • Advanced payments are non-refundable.

  • The leave of absence policy applies to advanced payments.

Leave of Absence

Vacations & Leaves of Absences; Pure Taekwondo understands that most members travel for vacations at certain times of the year. As a business, Pure Taekwondo must be able to operate under these conditions.

• Vacation Roll Over Policy

  • ​​Members that go on vacation should pay for the months they are away. Those months paid will be rolled over or applied upon your return.  

    • Example 1 month to month: If a member is on travel for the months of Nov & Dec, those payments must be paid but will be applied upon your return which credits the months of Jan & Feb​. Consider it as those months being

    • Example 2 advanced payments: If a member is on travel for the months of Nov & Dec, those payments will be applied upon the member's return which credits the months of Jan & Feb​ extending the due date of the members prepaid renewal.

• Leaves of Abscence

  • Short Leaves of Abscences

    • Pure Taekwondo is unable to prorate for short term abscense that are 2 weeks or less. These times of abscences can be unplanned, but Pure Taekwondo can not predict those moments. We recommend that members should take more classes to make up for loss time. If there is a complication with your attendance please reach out to puretaekwondo@gmail.com

  • Longer term of Absences

    • The Vacation and Roll Over policy above will apply.

    • If you anticipate having a longer term of absence beyond 120 days please provide a 30 day notice to cancel membership as listed below.

Membership Cancellation (30 day notice required)

• Pure Taekwondo maintains full transparency and requests that members provide a 30-day courtesy notice of cancellation via email to puretaekwondo@gmail.com.

• Submitting a 30-day notice of cancellation or ending membership does not entitle the member to any refund for class fees, advanced payments, unused time, credits, purchased equipment, belt or black belt testing fees, or any additional products or services.

• All payments made to Pure Taekwondo—whether for monthly fees, advance payments, equipment, private lessons, or other related expenses—are non-refundable. This includes fees for unused class time or additional services.

• By canceling membership, the member releases Pure Taekwondo from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to their membership, payments, or participation in the program, as originally agreed upon at the beginning of registration.

• Members are always welcome to return at a later time, though they may be subject to any new price increases..
